How to Return
- Contact Us: Email returns@ozpeps.com.au or call our support team with your order number.
- Receive Authorization: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.
- Pack Securely: Place items in original packaging and include the RMA number.
- Ship: Drop off at any Australia Post location using the prepaid label.
- Refund: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card - 3-5 business days
- PayPal - 1-2 business days
- Bank Transfer - 5-7 business days
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
